In this Series of evenings DML Presented An Evening with GENERAL V.K SINGH ON 24TH of August 2011 General Vijay Kumar Singh (PVSM, AVSM, YSM, ADC), the 26th Chief of Army Staff of Indian Army, was one of the finest generals, an inspiration to the soldiers of India. He has witnessed and fought Indo-Pak war of 1971 & Operations Pawan. He has been awarded by Param Vishist Seva Medal. Ati Vishist Seva Medal ,Yudh Seva Medal. He is the first trained commando to take over as the Army Chief of India. The country is proud of his service.
